Having shipped a lot with UPS I have always have had some frustration on getting stuff delivered. I can understand that this isn't always easy and delays happen. But this time I am very bothered by how they are going about handling my current issue. Purchased an item and it was shipped next day via UPS ground. The next day I check the tracking number and get a delivery date. A few hours later an got an email update stating the train derailed. Now its been 4 days and still no update as to when or IF they will get the package to me at all. I have called and I always get check back tomorrow. So I need this item in the next 2 weeks. And they will not offer any assistance to help other than telling me to check back tomorrow. Not trying to create a rant but in my opinion this is not an acceptable practice. No plan B and its now up to me to figure out how to either get a refund or get the item I bought. Extremely frustrating
