Thanks BIG BROWN for ruining my son's Christmas. Thanks to you his gift won't be under the tree AND won't be delivered until TWO days AFTER Christmas.

My package showed up in Louisville on 12/20 and cleared customs the same day. There was some kind of exception due to weather. Then there was another exception. On 12/21 my package showed in Memphis (final destination) but then it was back in Nashville then ultimately back in Louisville, KY. On yesterday I called the customer service line for the 2nd day in a row because it showed out for delivery IN LOUISVILLE. The CSR really tried to make me feel stupid and basically told me not to trust what I saw on the website. WHAT? R U SERIOUS? She then told me to check back the next day (TODAY). I get up this morning with hope that my son's Christmas package was on a truck in Memphis and out for delivery. Guess what? I have another exception (misrouted) and NOW IT WON'T BE HERE UNTIL DECEMBER 27th. By next Tuesday, I could have driven 5 times to Louisville from Memphis myself. UGHHHhhhhhh.....

Again I hope you have a wonderful Christmas with gifts under your tree because son won't until TWO days after Christmas (unless there is another misroute).

What do I get from CS? NOTHING but "Sorry there is nothing I can do!" YOU dont try to compensate or ANYTHING.

Let me tell you if I EVER need to order anything from a company and the only way to ship is VIA UPS then I will buy from someone else who have other shipping alternatives.

Highly pissed off mother!!!!
